Air Fryer Pork Egg Rolls

Ingredients


  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 3/4 pound ground pork
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 3 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg beaten
  • spray oil for frying



Instructions

  • Heat the oil and add the ground pork.  Cook until light browned.  Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the ginger and garlic, cook about 30 seconds.
  • Stir in the cabbage and green onions, cook until the cabbage is wilted.
  • Add the soy sauce and sesame oil.  Remove from heat.
  • Put about 1/3 cup filling in egg roll and roll up.  Seal with egg wash.
  • Spray with oil and brush for complete coverage
  • Air fry at about 390 for 15 minutes flipping a few times throughout.  Cooking times will vary, pull when golden brown.
  • Serve with your favorite mustard or sweet n sour sauce.
