Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 3/4 pound ground pork
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 3 cups chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg beaten
- spray oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat the oil and add the ground pork. Cook until light browned. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the ginger and garlic, cook about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the cabbage and green onions, cook until the cabbage is wilted.
- Add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Remove from heat.
- Put about 1/3 cup filling in egg roll and roll up. Seal with egg wash.
- Spray with oil and brush for complete coverage
- Air fry at about 390 for 15 minutes flipping a few times throughout. Cooking times will vary, pull when golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite mustard or sweet n sour sauce.
